Organizational Development
Missional Intelligence LLC adds capacity in strategic ways that help organizations and ministries to move forward and be most fruitful. As part of this process it works with ministries and organizations to develop and implement long-term strategies that can significantly increase their impact and effectiveness. It works primarily with senior leaders and senior teams over longer periods of time (usually between 18-36 months).
The reason we take this approach is senior leaders get incredibly busy and pulled in many different directions. Regularly they have great intentions regarding what their organizations can accomplish but many of these hopes and dreams are never realized. Missional Intelligence LLC joins them on their journey, deeply learns about their explicit and implicit values, beliefs, organizational culture, institutional thinking, objectives, team dynamics, etc., and then shapes strategies and approaches that uniquely fit what they truly need.
Missional Intelligence LLC is able to help organizations make significant changes, embed new processes and implement new strategies that can foster meaningful and significant change. It does not try to implement one-size-fits-all solutions. It tailors solutions and strategies (contextualizes them) in ways that will genuinely fit your organization. Creative research initiatives are frequently part of the process to better unearth and understand complex and hidden obstacles so new approaches and strategies get at what is truly hindering your impact and outcomes.
The Role Of Dialogue And Learning Together
Missional Intelligence LLC takes a highly relational approach. It fosters dialogue at a variety of levels and thinks "with" leaders rather than "for" leaders. The reason for following a dialogical approach is that it fosters better long-term solutions. If people are involved in the learning process and engaged in designing new solutions together, there will be far less resistance later when it comes time to implement changes.
Dialogue by nature is also an extremely God-honoring activity. It recognizes the dignity of everyone involved. In very practical ways it sends a strong message about their value, their worth and the important contributions they can make. If designed and facilitated well dialogical processes can be highly motivating and bring the best out of your team.

Integrating Diverse Learning Approaches
In other instances webinars, online consultations, well-designed meetings, and writing initiatives are developed to address hurdles leaders are facing in their ministries.
Other strategies such as developing online courses (such as asynchronous, synchronous and hybrid approaches) have been created to foster new or deeper competencies in critical areas.
The purpose for each is helping people to be able to move forward
